Paradigm Pharmacy is an institutional pharmacy licensed in the state of Maryland and Virginia. It was founded in June 2001. We concentrate on providing specialized medication packaging for group homes, assisted living facilities, and hospices. The pharmacy also supplies durable medical equipment, nutritional supplies, and disposable items (including underpads, briefs, and gloves). Paradigm Pharmacy is a leader among Maryland pharmacies providing hospice care and fast becoming the chief resource to small assisted living and group homes in Anne Arundel and Howard counties. Our specialized pharmacy is rapidly expanding in the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan area. Paradigm Pharmacy is owned and operated by Leon Vandenberg, R.Ph. Our Doctors of Clinical Pharmacy are supported by an experienced management team.
